Wellbeing made easy: beat burnout, find happiness, and look forward to every day with joy!
The Theme is “Easy”

12.0 CME hours

Physician well-being is a popular topic and much is being written about it.  This program addresses the need for individual physicians to create well-being in all domains of their lives starting right away. This program is created with learning needs of busy physicians who are adult learners and need practical information without complicated theoretical discussions. The CME program will provide current, evidence-based information about the science of well-being.  The program includes kickstarting your well-being as an essential component.

Organizations such as the National Academy of Medicine, AOA, ACGME, AMA, and almost all physician organizations have identified physician well-being as a priority to improve physician health, patient care, and organizational stability. Most healthcare organizations don’t have any well-being programs for employed physicians. About half of the physicians are still self-employed which leaves the majority of doctors responsible for their own well-being. Furthermore, interventions for individual well-being and organizational well-being are often confusing which leads to ineffective interventions that create more cynicism and mistrust among physicians. This program’s hands-on experience empowers attendees to make changes in their lives by themselves.

CME Program Learning Objectives:
